During the comic workshop, a comprehensive introduction to the session
is provided to all women attending, outlining the objectives and
structure of the workshop. Next, participants are provided with a paper
to gather insights into their entrepreneurial interests and fold the
paper into four sections, with the initial section containing 'My
childhood', the second containing 'My thoughts in my present third', and
the fourth containing By writing 'My Dreams' the participants are
encouraged to clarify these aspects through pictorial representation.
With obvious enthusiasm and joy, women actively engage in showcasing their childhood memories, current thoughts, and aspirations through creative imagination. After this expressive exercise, participants are invited to share the stories behind their paintings. These presentations serve as a medium to understand the socio-economic status of the participants, attitudes towards entrepreneurship, and future aspirations. Through this participatory process, valuable insights are gained about the participants' inclinations and ambitions in entrepreneurship. Notably, the workshop concluded on a high note with appreciable feedback on the entrepreneurial aspirations of women. The workshop concludes with an outstanding participant being recognized as the winner of the workshop. Subsequently, a comprehensive report is carefully prepared analysing the collective imagination generated during the workshop. Leveraging this analysis, potential entrepreneurs are identified, paving the way for targeted support and empowerment initiatives.
